33000 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 33000 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective: 1 January 2026. Applicable to all users accessing the 33000 platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or accessing the 33000 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 33000 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The 33000 platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to use such services in Malaysia.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 33000 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts along with any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 33000 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.
- Use a strong, unique password for your 33000 account.
- Do not share your login details with anyone.
- Notify our support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
- All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current.
User Responsibilities & Payment Information
All financial transactions on the 33000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to them. 33000 reserves the right to reject or delay any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity or unlawful funding sources.
Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the chosen payment method.
- Withdrawals are processed upon successful completion of user identity verification.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method — between 1 and 48 business hours.
- 33000 does not bear any fees charged by financial institutions or third-party payment service providers.
- Any attempt to reverse or dispute a legitimate transaction may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Users agree not to engage in any activity that could damage, disrupt, or compromise the operation of the 33000 platform. This includes, but is not limited to: the use of automated software (bots), system manipulation, exploitation of technical bugs, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
33000 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. 33000's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
This platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While 33000 strives to maintain full service availability, we make no guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions at all times.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
33000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in cases of terms violation, fraudulent activity, failed identity verification, or at the request of a relevant authority.
If your account has been suspended due to a suspected violation, you may contact the 33000 support team to explain your situation. A review will be conducted within a reasonable timeframe, and 33000's decision is final.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request to the support team. Any valid account balance will be processed for a refund subject to the necessary review. See the FAQ for more information on the account closure procedure.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the 33000 platform are the exclusive property of 33000 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from 33000.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 33000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Accessing any third-party website is done at the user's own risk.
33000 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via the platform or registered email. Malaysian law applies to all disputes arising from the use of the 33000 platform, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
